Terms of sale:

1) 10% deposit required on the 16th to reserve property
2) Title must be closed within 30 days
3) All offers subject to Lender’s approval
4) Buyers seeking financing must submit written pre-approval prior to June 16th
5) Property must be physically inspected
6) Buyers must be pre-registered prior to June 16th
7) All properties conveyed by Warranty Deed
